Rotary Club of Navarre members and friends had a great time and raised money for a great cause at our 5th Annual Chili Cook-Off at the Gulf Breeze Zoo during Zoo Lights on Saturday, December 19th.

Rotary members and some friends feed the crowd with 10 different types of chili and homemade cornbread along with all the fixings.

This event is one of the clubs favorite fundraisers raising money for a scholarship named after one of the clubs founders, Pat Quinn.  Pat is part of a group of Navarre business and professional leaders that founded the Navarre Rotary Club in 1995.  Pat was also a big part of the group that brought the Zoo to Gulf Breeze.

Rotary Club of Navarre Members were able to raise $430 for the Pat Quinn Veterinary Science Scholarship awarded to a top performing NHS Graduating Senior that is going into Veterinary or Animal Science.
