It’s time again to make lunch for 75,000 families. Over 300 Rotarians from Pensacola and NW Florida Panhandle will descend on Manna Food Pantries in Pensacola on Saturday Feb 24th to make over 75,000 meals for families in Escambia and Santa Rosa County and around the world.
Bagging will take place at Manna Food Pantries in Pensacola, FL on Saturday, Feb 25th from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Volunteers will be broken into two shifts, 8-10 AM and 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM. For more information or if you would like to volunteer, email Club President TJ Goulet at Navarrerotary@gmail.com.
Rotary Against Hunger is a joint service project by the Combined Rotary Clubs of Pensacola, beginning in 2011, working with MANNA Food Pantries.
“The Rotary Against Hunger project has become a critical part of our ability to meet the needs of the hungry throughout the year in Escambia & Santa Rosa counties,” said DeDe Flounlacker, Executive Director of MANNA. She when on to say, “Thanks to Rotary, thousands of people will be helped this year.”
