Congratulations to our 2016 scholarship winners! Rotary Club of Navarre awarded eleven (11) $1,000.00 college scholarships to eligible 2016 Navarre High School seniors. Six (6) of the scholarships were awarded to the outstanding cadets of the JROTC program.
