Rotary Club of Navarre was founded in December 1995 by a select group of Navarre civic and business leaders who wanted to make an impact in Navarre.  We were sponsored by the Rotary Club of Gulf Breeze and many of our founding members were members of the Gulf Breeze club.

Rotary Club of Navarre is a small but active club with several ongoing projects including our Scholarship Program which was started in 2000 and has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to graduating Navarre High School Seniors.

We also focus on the health and well being of displaced and homeless Navarre area students by participating in the Weekend Food Program and our Holiday Meals Program.

We also focus on developing leadership in younger students by funding an essay contest for area 8th graders and sponsor an Interact Club at the Navarre High School and send several students to the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards.

In our clubs past, we have built a well in Africa, hosted 2 International Exchange Students and funded on Navarre student to study abroad.

Our club conducts several annual fundraisers including our pancake breakfast every fall working with the NHS JROTC Cadets, our chili cook-off at the Gulf Breeze Zoo during Zoo Lights and various raffles over the years.

If you are interested in learning more, the best way to get introduced to Rotary is attend one of our meetings.  RSVP by calling Jon Kagan, Club President, at 850-396-2552 or by email at Navarrerotary@gmail.com.
